For most commission types I will send at least one update or WIP for approval

Payment is due at the time the update sketch/WIP is sent; I may request payment upfront for smaller commissions

Revisions are accepted throughout the time prior to when the commission is completed; revisions after the commission is finished may cost extra.

All commissions are for non-commercial use only. A commercial rights agreement must be discussed prior

Commissioner may repost commissioned piece only if caption has credit and a link back to the original

Commissioner may upload my art to toyhouse with credit to my TH @ mirmoss

Payments in USD must be made within 48hrs via Paypal after being accepted

Do not bid if you cannot pay -- if you win an auction and fail to pay in 48hrs, you may be blacklisted

Do not delete or hide bids made in comments

Buyer gets the full size image of adopt without watermark, transparent version on request

Credit design to mirmoss on toyhouse

Buyer can change species, gender, small changes, etc.

Buyer can request minor design changes; feel free to dm me about minor alterations/what counts as minor

Larger/more complex changes can be done on request for additional charge

Back-view can be added on for an additional charge

The adopt/design can be traded

Buyers cannot resell for an amount higher than what was paid, unless there is additional art

Violating TOS will result in being blacklisted
